Jr Business Development Rep

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time

LNN Protection Services looking for an extremely driven professional or soon-to-be pro that is looking for immersive security industry experience, who will be selling and consulting clients on our range of security services which include live guards, parking enforcement & covid vaccine checks amongst other services that we provide.

To be successful at this position, you need strong communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and a willingness to grow individually & with the team.

Applicants must be comfortable on camera and participating in daily and weekly zooms calls and can arrange meetings and calls and to approach potential clients from outbound and inbound channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the business through new customer acquisition and continued relationship building.

The primary duties include outbound responding to inbound leads, sales prospecting, participation in calls & zoom calls, meetings, and proposals, and developing relationships in new industries/associations.

What You Will Do:

· Be the face of LNN Protection Services, generating sales and new business opportunities through prospecting, scheduling appointments, and booking meetings.

· Cold-calling, emails, negotiating & learning

· Identify key partnership opportunities.

· Build and cultivate relationships with decision-makers.

· Own the end-to-end business development, including planning and building short-term and long-term sales pipelines.

· Utilize CRM software daily to report on and track sale calls via the sales funnel.

What are we looking for?

· Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.

· Strong communication and presentation skills coupled with developed interpersonal abilities.

· Experience with CRM tools is an asset.

· Ability to work in our office in SE Calgary

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills

· Work independently and collaboratively on a team in a fast-paced environment
